This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• 100% outbound sales / cold calling — no pre-qualified leads
• Conduct independent research to identify potential customers
• Engage in proactive initial outreach via phone and email
• Build your own sales pipeline from the ground up
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings
• Maintain continuous follow-up and convert prospects into customers
• Work closely with the founding team to explore new markets
• Proven initial experience in sales / business development (e.g., internships, student roles, or personal sales initiatives)
• Experience with cold calling is essential
• Resilient and comfortable with rejection
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities
• Proactive, independent, and goal-driven work style
• Hands-on approach and enthusiasm for building from scratch
• Proficient in both German and English
• Skilled in using MS Office
