Working Student – Human Resources

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Working Student (m/f/d) in Human Resources, you will be integrated into our nationwide HR team.

• You will assist with both recruiting and personnel administration in daily operations.

• You will collaborate closely with our recruiters and HR administrators.

• You will help the recruiting team by creating and posting job listings and managing applicants.

• You will evaluate documents and manage communication with candidates.

• You will provide support with various administrative tasks.

• You will aid your team in maintaining employee master data, preparing certificates, and handling administrative duties related to contracts and HR correspondence.

• You will engage in various HR projects, such as employer branding and process optimization.

• You are currently a student (m/f/d).

• You are a dependable, organized, and team-oriented individual with the ability to quickly learn new information and adopt a solution-oriented mindset.

• You possess empathy, an excellent understanding of people, and a willingness to embrace challenges.

• You are capable of working independently.

• You have exceptional written and verbal skills in German.
