Senior HR Business Partner Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Partner Resources specialist teams and various cross-functional partners to enhance US priorities and achieve business objectives.

• Provide PRO partnership support to the US Coffeehouse PRO leadership team, ensuring a customer-centric approach in every interaction.

• Equip Partner Resources teams with valuable insights to address challenges and make well-informed decisions by synthesizing and distributing data, analysis, and insights.

• Collaborate on team priorities by aligning PRO tools and strategies to deliver straightforward, effective solutions.

• Exemplify Starbucks Mission & Values and create opportunities for partners to succeed together as one cohesive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a human resources generalist or specialist with a desire for professional growth.

• Two or more years of experience partnering with or supporting a department or team.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• At least 1 year of experience consulting with internal clients to determine business needs and propose solutions.

• Familiarity with the principles and practices of human resources management.

• Knowledge of local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations.

• Ability to apply consultative skills in a business setting.

• Capable of communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

• Skilled in prioritizing multiple demands effectively based on business requirements.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Ability to adapt and function as a proactive change agent.

• Proven capacity to quickly establish effective working relationships.
