πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Operations, the Manager of Global Benefits and HR Operations delivers outstanding employee support and strategic management of systems to enhance a comprehensive HR function.

β€’ This role is responsible for managing RTSL's global benefits strategy, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) framework, leave administration, and HR compliance.

β€’ The position oversees the design, assessment, and implementation of benefits, providing guidance to leadership on the most competitive and cost-effective options for RTSL's global workforce.

β€’ As the custodian of the organization's HRIS, this role ensures data accuracy, alignment of processes, and compliance with all relevant federal, state, local, and international regulations.

β€’ Additionally, this position acts as the main point of contact for employees regarding all benefits and leave-related inquiries.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration.

β€’ Experience in administering benefits across various geographical locations.

β€’ Previous experience in a global NGO is preferred.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

β€’ Proven ability to establish and nurture excellent business and interpersonal relationships with staff across all levels and diverse locations.

β€’ Demonstrated capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism concerning sensitive information.

β€’ Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.

β€’ Proven track record in managing change and overseeing large-scale organizational communications and benefit initiatives.

β€’ Successful history of adhering to established processes and handling information with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and urgency.

β€’ Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

β€’ Proficiency in HR and payroll systems.

β€’ Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
