HR Business Partner – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with managers on employee lifecycle processes and provide expertise on people-related issues;

• Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a culture of high performance;

• Ensure a seamless onboarding and acclimatization process for new hires and promoted staff;

• Assist in performance evaluation and talent development processes alongside managers;

• Work with managers to create individual development plans and monitor their progress;

• Oversee employee relations and hold regular one-on-one meetings with staff;

• Conduct exit interviews, interpret feedback, and suggest improvements;

• Work in partnership with HR Centers of Expertise to execute action plans that address business and employee requirements;

• Track key HR metrics and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, including roles as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist

• Proven experience in supporting employee lifecycle processes, such as performance management, employee relations, onboarding, and development

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities

• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships and provide guidance to managers on people-related matters

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making

• Experience with HRIS systems

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred

• Proficiency in English and Russian is mandatory.
