Compensation and Benefits Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the annual salary review, benchmarking, and bonus cycle activities.

• Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and wellness initiatives.

• Create and uphold the total reward framework and compensation banding system.

• Ensure adherence to UK pay equity legislation and gender pay gap reporting requirements.

• Offer expert advice to HR business partners and managers regarding reward-related issues.

• Analyze compensation data and generate reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or reward management.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel.

• Comprehensive understanding of UK employment legislation related to pay and benefits.

• Familiarity with salary survey providers such as Korn Ferry or Mercer.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to influence senior stakeholders.
