Senior HR Associate – Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist with essential employee life cycle processes including onboarding, contract evaluation, and support for payroll and benefits enrollment.

• Systematically organize and manage employee records through our proprietary Platform: input, update, and maintain both customer and professional personal information, while processing various forms related to human resources activities such as new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations.

• Conduct audits and checks on data modifications to ensure accurate and timely compensation for professionals.

• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and help keep standard operating procedures and policies current.

• Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with professionals and our clients to address and resolve inquiries and concerns through email, phone, and other communication methods.

• Collaborate and communicate with GP partners/vendors, including insurance providers, local service providers, and pension administrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Resourceful with a problem-solving mindset and comprehensive knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

• Strong administrative background.

• Proficient with MS Office applications.

• Experience in Shared Services supporting the Americas region.

• Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

• Capability to work within an international team consisting of members from various locations, cultures, and backgrounds.
