Working Student – HR Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Shaping the future of leadership and organizational development within a global team.

• Taking charge of project-based tasks with a significant level of autonomy.

• Engaging in global initiatives, such as product launches, marketing, and business modeling.

• Contributing to the creation and management of products and materials for training sessions and workshops.

• Analyzing and aiding the execution of relevant projects, including those in marketing and communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at C1/C2 level (both written and spoken).

• Business-fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or preferably a master’s degree program in Occupational/Work Psychology, Economics, Human Resource Management, or a related field of study.

• Strong enthusiasm for working in a global team that emphasizes product management in leadership development, leadership assessment, and/or talent management.

• High levels of motivation and dedication.

• An independent and organized work style with a willingness to take on responsibility.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience in research and conceptual work is a plus.
