Working Student (Founders Associate)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the founders with both strategic and operational tasks.

• Take on and carry out various projects independently.

• Conduct research and compile information to inform business decisions.

• Develop analyses, presentations, reports, and decision-making documents.

• Evaluate company metrics and provide concrete actionable recommendations.

• Support initiatives in sales, operations, marketing, and business development.

• Assess and enhance existing internal processes.

• Coordinate and monitor critical projects and tasks.

• Explore new business opportunities, markets, tools, and technologies.

• Assist in addressing short-term operational challenges as they arise.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance process efficiency where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university.

• Interest in entrepreneurship, company development, and economic environments.

• Ability to quickly grasp and independently learn new subjects.

• Work methodically, dependably, and with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Maintain high personal quality standards and take ownership of your tasks.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and clearly present information.

• Digitally proficient and able to adapt swiftly to new tools and systems.

• Ideally, prior experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar applications.

• Understanding AI as a tool and the ability to evaluate when tasks can be completed more efficiently with AI or automation.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.

• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.

• Previous experience with automation tools like Make or n8n is a plus, but not mandatory.
