This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor and operational extension for the CEO.
• Facilitate executive decisions, commitments, follow-up actions, and leadership priorities.
• Prepare the CEO for Board meetings, sponsor interactions, customer engagements, investor discussions, and strategic initiatives.
• Enhance executive workflows through AI, automation, and technology.
• Take ownership of and continuously refine the operating cadence of the Executive Leadership Team.
• Create executive agendas, pre-read documents, action logs, decision trackers, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor enterprise commitments and align priorities across different business units and corporate functions.
• Convert executive priorities into actionable workplans with milestones, responsible parties, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategic initiatives that cross business units or lack a designated organizational owner.
• Eliminate barriers to execution and expedite enterprise priorities with senior leaders.
• Develop dashboards and progress reports for strategic initiatives and overall organizational performance.
• Assist in the annual strategic planning process and enterprise prioritization.
• Oversee enterprise transformation initiatives, including project planning, governance, milestone tracking, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Aid in organizational redesign, business integration, and enterprise change management efforts.
• Create executive presentations, Board materials, sponsor updates, and strategic communications.
• Manage responses to Board members, investors, and private equity sponsors.
• Cultivate trusted relationships throughout the organization and influence others without formal authority.
• Foster accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to boost executive productivity and enhance organizational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least eight years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, private equity, corporate development, investment banking, healthcare operations, or a Chief of Staff role supporting senior executives.
• Experience collaborating directly with a CEO or executive leadership team in a complex, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance business processes and executive productivity.
• Background in healthcare services, value-based care, managed care, provider organizations, or healthcare technology is preferred.
• Experience in a private equity-backed organization is preferred.
• Familiarity with Board governance, investor communications, and sponsor reporting is preferred.
• Background in supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational integration, or enterprise transformation efforts is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• High levels of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Strong commercial and enterprise acumen.

• Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
