Working Student, Finance Projects & Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assist our users with inquiries and challenges concerning our finance systems.

• You aid in identifying suitable solutions.

• You conduct systematic analyses of reported issues, ensuring smooth operations through a solution-focused approach.

• You proactively identify recurring issues and document effective solutions.

• You prepare complex support cases in an organized manner while collaborating closely with the Finance teams and IT.

• You play a key role in the development and upkeep of user guides as well as the documentation of our support and system processes.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• You possess an interest in the relationship between business processes and IT systems and are eager to learn new applications swiftly.

• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and enjoy methodically exploring problems to formulate sustainable solutions.

• A service-oriented approach and clear, friendly communication with various stakeholders come naturally to you.

• Your profile is complemented by attention to detail, independence, and reliability.
