📋 Description

• Offer financial guidance and support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding their accounts and financial transactions.

• Ensure that all interactions adhere to international finance sector regulations and security measures.

• Handle inquiries associated with digital banking, payment systems, and financial account management.

• Keep thorough records of client consultations and financial transactions using specialized CRM systems.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address complex financial inquiries.

• Foster trust and establish long-term relationships with clients through expertise in financial services.

• Maintain high professional standards within the international finance sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Professional command of the English language.

• A valid EU passport is required.

• Strong analytical abilities coupled with a keen interest in the finance and fintech sectors.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills conducive to a remote working environment.

• Prior experience in customer support or financial services is a considerable advantage.
