This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Conduct advanced financial analysis and reporting at a senior level.
• Execute statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data sourced from various internal databases.
• Generate reports concerning health care expenses, provider contracts, debt capacity, revenue, and profitability.
• Support budget development and financial planning activities.
• Examine budgets for compliance and pinpoint opportunities for cost reduction.
• Act as a consultant to senior management and executive leadership, delivering decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Undertake special projects, which may include research, forecasting, and evaluating viable alternatives.
• Carry out additional assigned tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of experience and education.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Proficient knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid hospital reimbursement.
• Background in hospital finance and financial analysis.
• Capability to analyze reimbursement methodologies.
• Skill in translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• No professional license or certification is necessary.
• Availability to work during the day shift.
• Commitment to 40 scheduled weekly hours.
