This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Serve as the primary financial partner for the EMEA leadership team.
• Offer financial insights and decision-making support regarding regional growth strategies, investments, customer opportunities, and operational performance.
• Lead contributions to regional budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and performance management.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Convert complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Manage the regional P&L, balance sheet, cash flow forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy and financial discipline throughout EMEA operations.
• Track business drivers, capital deployment, returns, and operational performance metrics.
• Assist with executive reporting and presentations.
• Supply financial inputs for new market entries, land acquisitions, customer opportunities, and development projects.
• Collaborate with investment teams on commercial evaluations, risk assessments, and financial modeling.
• Aid in financing discussions, lender requirements, and capital allocation decisions.
• Build and lead the EMEA finance organization as the business grows.
• Supervise country finance managers and manage regional accounting operations.
• Coordinate efforts with accounting, tax, treasury, and external advisors.
• Develop scalable processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure financial controls, compliance, and governance are maintained across the region.
• Assist with public-company standards and IPO readiness initiatives when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors on regional audits and compliance requirements.
• Work with global tax and treasury teams on regional structures and financing arrangements.
• Provide commercial oversight on tax implications, funding strategies, and risk management initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships across EMEA and global leadership teams.
• Act as the primary finance representative in discussions with regional leadership.
• Influence decision-making across various stakeholder groups in a matrix environment.
• Promote collaboration between regional and corporate functions.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership.
• Proven experience leading finance in a capital-intensive sector, such as data centers, digital infrastructure, energy and utilities, telecom infrastructure, industrial operations, large-scale manufacturing, or real estate development.
• Strong background in FP&A, business partnering, and commercial finance.
• Experience in supporting major capital projects and investment decisions.
• Ability to influence senior executives and navigate matrix organizations.
• Experience in leading finance operations across multiple countries.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial controls, governance, and risk management.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Preferred experience in data centers or digital infrastructure.
• Experience with hyperscale, colocation, or critical infrastructure businesses is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project financing, debt facilities, and treasury activities is preferred.
• Experience in public company environments and/or IPO preparation is a plus.
• Experience in supporting international expansion and new market entry initiatives is desired.
