This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver dependable and personal assistance to our exhibitors, partners, and speakers from the preparation phase through to post-event follow-up.
• Engage in friendly and professional phone conversations with current customers while aiding in ticket sales.
• Ensure prompt email communication, leaving no inquiry unaddressed.
• Compile summaries and weekly reports to assist our team in maintaining an overview.
• Assist with organizational and administrative tasks, and perform independent research (e.g., hotels, restaurants, or pricing comparisons).
• Acquire practical experience in areas such as email marketing and the creation of social media content.
• Currently enrolled student (m/f/d)
• Preferably some initial experience in customer support or communications
• Optional: basic knowledge of common content design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Proactive thinking and acting abilities
• Solution-focused mindset
• Enthusiasm for tackling diverse tasks and being a collaborative team member
• Capability to work independently in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• High standards for personal and team quality, with the ability to manage stressful situations effectively
• Excellent written and spoken German with strong spelling skills
