This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide training to Retail Supervisors, Mentors, and Events Specialists on company processes, policies, procedures, and role-specific responsibilities.
• Ensure high-quality execution by performing audits and collaborating with RSEs to enhance event execution skills and knowledge.
• Oversee and manage expense metrics, including payroll time entries and additional costs, to optimize territory contributions.
• Supervise the execution and overall performance of scheduled events by reviewing daily and weekly scorecards to guarantee the highest level of on-time execution.
• Timely reschedule events as necessary to enhance on-date, weekend, and total execution results.
• Share competitive insights and best practices with the team.
• Communicate effectively.
• Foster and maintain robust working relationships with field support, recruiting, client services, and business development.
• Submit required employee requisitions promptly to maintain quality execution in the field.
• Attend weekly retailer whiteboard business planning meetings, weekly retailer staff meetings, and weekly ROM/Director meetings.
• Conduct reviews of training manuals.
• Create and sustain an employee newsletter.
• Engage in regular and consistent talent and performance evaluations.
• Responsible for Territory Supervision and RSE Management, including staffing, execution, recruiting, training, terminations, ES supervision, counseling, and mentoring.
• Oversee Retail Supervisor-Events Area Management daily operations, including monitoring RSE area execution, staffing and program flex requests, participating in weekly recruiting and RSE strategy meetings, tracking 3rd party staffing by RSE, managing payroll exceptions, driving RSE ES store visitations and training, assessing ES store visits by RSE and Mentors, maintaining event photos for assigned RSEs, planning weekly RSE meetings, attending corporate and special events within the assigned area, and ensuring RSEs are aligned with their goals and growth plans.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these.
• Proficient in PC and SalesTrak NG; detailed knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
• A valid driver’s license is required; a National Registry of Food and Safety certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment if not already certified.
• English is the primary language requirement; however, bilingual skills may be necessary based on business needs.
