This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the organization's event calendar and prioritize investment in key industry events, as well as related regional or vertical exhibitions.
• Develop the strategy for each event's presence, including booth size and format, staffing plans, sponsorship levels, and clear objectives linked to pipeline and brand aims.
• Oversee all pre-event logistics comprehensively: booth design and construction, promotional items, shipping, badge management, staffing schedules, and briefing materials for booth personnel.
• Represent Cornelis on-site, directing execution and addressing issues as they arise in real time.
• Monitor budgets, deliverables, and timelines across multiple simultaneous events while maintaining attention to detail.
• Produce post-event summary reports detailing lead volume, lead quality, expenditures, and return on investment (ROI).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or account and program management.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing trade show or conference participation for a B2B technology firm.
• Strong program management instincts.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
• Openness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally for events.
• Familiarity with CRM and lead capture systems to monitor and report on event-generated pipeline.
