Working Student – Digital Strategy, Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the team in various domains including Competitor Analysis and Pricing Intelligence.

• Investigate and track competitor pricing within the European EV charging sectors.

• Create organized overviews and benchmarks to aid pricing strategies for IONITY.

• Document features, user pathways, and updates of the IONITY app in Confluence and internal wikis.

• Perform structured benchmarking of competitor applications against IONITY's digital products, identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancing the customer journey.

• Aid in the generation of regular KPI reports by consolidating data from PowerBI dashboards and other internal resources.

• Identify unusual trends and assist in translating performance data into actionable insights for the team.

• Support operational tasks related to the IONITY charging card, such as order management, issuance tracking, and coordination with pertinent internal stakeholders.

• Help configure and maintain tariffs (IONITY Go, IONITY Motion, IONITY Power) within our backend systems.

• Prepare configuration files and assist in quality-checking tariff data prior to go-live.

• Gather, organize, and analyze customer reviews and feedback from platforms like app stores and customer satisfaction surveys.

• Summarize key insights and present findings to support the team's customer experience initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Management Economics, Business Management, IT, Engineering, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ideally, prior exposure to Jira, Confluence, and mobile app development.

• Familiarity with the e-mobility and charging industry.

• Strong communication skills.

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.

• Possess good analytical thinking and a customer-centric approach.

• Be a highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, proactive attitude.

• Availability for at least 12 months.
