Senior Pricing Manager/Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees the estimating and pricing strategy for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) / Base Operations Support (BOS) proposals aimed at Federal, State, and City/Municipal local governments.

• Independently creates staffing plan estimates.

• Manages and sources potential subcontract opportunities.

• Prepares cost proposals for contract adjustments.

• Engages in the development and delivery of financial presentations to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of pertinent experience in Facility Management and/or Base Operations Support (BOS) pricing.

• Familiarity with the R.S. Means/Gordian data suite.

• Background in Government contracting and pricing methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
