Commercial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage new clients to create opportunities for the sales team;

• Arrange commercial meetings and visits with potential clients and existing customers;

• Draft commercial proposals and contracts, negotiate terms, and provide strategic support to the sales team;

• Perform market research to collect information about potential clients;

• Oversee and facilitate the closure of deals and contracts;

• Manage the sending, receiving, and documentation of sales-related documents for signatures;

• Conduct analytical studies to optimize each client's potential;

• Collaborate with commercial managers and directors to define and align prospecting strategies;

• Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP system, and sales calendars;

• Organize and update spreadsheets, systems, and commercial support materials;

• Assist the commercial department with analysis of indicators and performance reports;

• Provide support to commercial directors and managers for specific tasks and requirements in the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Law, Animal Science/Animal Production, Agribusiness, Commercial Management, or related fields;

• Experience in customer service and client prospecting;

• Proven experience in managing the sending, receiving, and filing of contracts;

• Understanding of commercial indicators and sales performance analysis;

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

• Preferred: prior experience in commercial analysis, fundamental knowledge of contracts, CRM, and sales funnel management;

• Preferred: experience in SaaS, agtech, and the agricultural sector;

• Preferred: familiarity with forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial reporting routines.
