This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Utilize your expertise in care planning to analyze textual data from the viewpoint of a qualified care professional.
• Collaborate with the team to establish specific data quality criteria.
• Recognize patterns within the data.
• Develop recommendations for enhancement.
• Evaluate how effectively AI models align with the professional standards and requirements of care professionals.
• Engage in the recruitment process, which includes an introductory call, a take-home assignment, and an in-depth discussion of your expertise.
• You have either completed training or acquired practical experience in elderly care and are knowledgeable about care planning.
• You comprehend the daily realities faced by care professionals and can relate to their expectations.
• You possess a keen interest in how AI can simplify the daily tasks of care professionals.
• You demonstrate the ability to work independently and reliably while remaining organized in managing multiple tasks.
• You show a willingness to participate in weekly team meetings.
• You are currently enrolled in a German university or university of applied sciences.
• You are available to commit to 20 hours of work per week.
• You have excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German.
• A résumé in German is mandatory.
