Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Input, update, organize, and sustain precise information within company databases and digital platforms.

• Conduct data verification processes in alignment with company policies.

• Detect and rectify data inconsistencies to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

• Manage confidential company, research, and operational data securely.

• Propose enhancements to data entry, collection, organization, and retrieval workflows.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to effectively manage time and adhere to deadlines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.

• Proficiency in numerical data entry is preferred.

• Quick adaptability to new systems, software applications, and keyboard shortcuts.

• Ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information accurately.

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Preferred working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday.
