Working Student Customer Support – Renewable Energies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide technical support to customers via e-mail and phone.

• Offer sales and product consultations for inquiries from end customers.

• Manage and resolve complaints effectively.

• Conduct audits and optimize existing internal processes.

• Engage in new and innovative project participation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A strong passion for renewable energy sources.

• Ideally possess some practical experience in photovoltaics.

• Demonstrate a structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work.

• Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English are essential.
