This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.
• Manage incoming communications for prominent brands
• Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product support
• Utilize guided resources and systems to ensure top-notch customer service
• Uphold professionalism, precision, and brand consistency
• Complete a comprehensive onboarding process, which includes client-specific evaluations, a basic background check, and participation in a certification course prior to beginning service
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. resident, excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
• Capability to adhere to detailed procedures and meet performance standards
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and online tools
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable to schedules
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments
• Completion of client-specific evaluations, a basic background check, and a certification course prior to starting service
