Working Student Customer Service, Late Shifts, Saturday Duty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers inquiring about products such as photovoltaics, heating systems, or real estate through comparison portals.

• Reach out to inquirers via phone or manage incoming calls.

• Engage in conversations by utilizing call scripts.

• Record and document pertinent project information.

• Direct inquiries to appropriate specialist companies, such as solar installers.

• Utilize virtual phone systems and CRM tools to handle incoming inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be enrolled at a university or college for at least two additional semesters.

• Prior experience in call centers, customer service, inbound support, client support, or customer care is preferred.

• Possess a service-oriented attitude and goal-driven communication skills over the phone.

• Enjoy engaging with customers.

• Demonstrate confident use of standard technical office tools.

• Have a general affinity for digital tools and a quick learning ability for new systems.

• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written, at C1 level.
