Working Student, Chat Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers regarding pet insurance through WhatsApp and live chat.

• Respond to inquiries concerning various insurance plans.

• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring timely replies.

• Organize customer data, questions, and transactions using HubSpot.

• Assist potential and existing customers in a friendly and dependable manner.

• No cold calling involved; interact with individuals who have already shown interest in pet insurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a pet (dog, cat, horse, etc.).

• Required typing speed of at least 80 words per minute.

• Ability to communicate in a friendly and empathetic manner via chat.

• Openness to utilizing digital tools and processes.

• Willingness to quickly master HubSpot and similar software.

• Must be reliable and available for scheduled evenings and 7 hours each Saturday.

• Currently a student.

• At least 1.5 years left in your academic program.

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., as well as 7 hours every Saturday.

• Commitment to 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.
