• Oversee the centralized US Workforce Relations function
• Act as the senior consultant for intricate workforce issues
• Offer specialized advice on employee relations
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Workforce Relations advisors
• Promote a culture of fairness and accountability
• Establish and enforce SLAs, metrics, and performance assessment
• Propel simplification, automation, and ongoing enhancement of processes
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• At least 5 years of experience in managing US employee relations
• Proven experience in creating and scaling a centralized ER team
• Background in process design and improvement
• Extensive knowledge in employee and labor relations
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Highly effective coaching and advisory skills
• Experience working within a matrixed, contemporary HR model
