This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage the commercial relationship for a selection of EMEA Commercial Drata clients.
• Oversee renewals and growth opportunities within your portfolio.
• Develop, oversee, and finalize upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
• Recognize customer objectives, identify obstacles, and propel the commercial strategy.
• Prioritize your portfolio according to growth potential and customer involvement.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Marketing, Product, and leadership teams.
• Provide transparent insights into renewals, expansion efforts, and commercial risks.
• Clearly communicate risks and spearhead resolution strategies.
• Facilitate value-driven discussions with customers.
• Establish trusted relationships with Executive Buyers and other essential stakeholders.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes and the adoption of team best practices.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven success in Account Management, SaaS Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in managing a portfolio of mid-sized SaaS clients.
• Strong abilities in customer management.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities and prioritization skills.
• Sound judgment and the ability to work independently.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Interest in utilizing AI and contemporary tools.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Catalyst, Outreach, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
