This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring account retention while facilitating new business opportunities.
• Organize daily administrative tasks and customer service functions, addressing complex issues and ensuring accuracy without errors or omissions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the account management division.
• Supervise the daily operations and workflow of the account management team.
• Manage customer service inquiries, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage assessments.
• Oversee policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals effectively.
• Review reports and take necessary actions on overdue accounts, collecting outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, ensuring data integrity and thoroughness.
• Track and uphold activity/suspense to guarantee timely completions.
• Keep open and consistent communication with the account team regarding workload status and any arising issues.
• Provide exceptional service, proactively anticipating client needs and responding promptly to service requests.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lines.
• Valid P&C license required.
• CIC or CPCU designation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
