This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee incoming sales inquiries through email, phone, and Zoom.
• Build a new pipeline of potential clients via various cold outreach methods.
• Conduct organized discovery calls with potential advertisers and sponsors.
• Monitor performance and pinpoint upsell opportunities based on campaign results.
• Maintain structured and supportive communication with clients to ensure they feel valued.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, content, and delivery teams to guarantee alignment and effective execution of campaigns.
• Keep detailed records in CRM and manage contracts, invoices, follow-ups, and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, account management, advertising sales, sponsorship sales, customer success, or business development.
• Comfortable with making cold calls and sending cold emails.
• Ability to conduct a structured discovery call.
• Knowledge of how to sell value rather than just focusing on price.
• Confident in communicating with C-level executives, marketing managers, educators, therapists, and business owners.
• Capable of quickly researching a company to determine its potential as a good prospect.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up activities.
• Takes responsibility for outcomes and does not require constant supervision.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Willing to adhere to an established sales process.
• Driven by revenue growth, client relationships, and providing outstanding service.
• 20 days of paid time off and 3 sick days annually.
