This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Leverage national account management expertise, solution selling, project and territory management, along with business planning skills to implement strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance.
• Optimize ZTS revenue streams in line with strategic contracts and agreements.
• Achieve overall sales targets as well as specific objectives for key growth products through demand generation among targeted customers.
• Effectively implement and execute collaborative partnership programs to surpass contract objectives.
• Successfully introduce new products and expand existing service offerings utilizing strong selling techniques, technical acumen, and Customer Value Delivery.
• Showcase exceptional collaboration and communication skills across functional teams, both internally and with external stakeholders.
• Exhibit the capability to transition effortlessly between technical product knowledge and business development discussions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partner and customer teams to ensure ongoing relevance and access within each account.
• Engage with customers in accordance with all Zoetis contract protocols.
• Conduct business planning, resource allocation, and optimization efforts.
• A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is mandatory.
• A preference for candidates with over 2 years of experience at Zoetis.
• Proven track record in strategic account management.
• Experience in prior sales roles, demonstrating creativity in identifying opportunities or resolving issues to enhance sales outcomes.
• Excellent communication abilities, encompassing verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, and Tableau applications.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment, aligning with and influencing both internal and external stakeholders while fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
• Utilizes analytics and insights to improve decision-making and tactical implementation.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work weekends as necessary based on the role requirements.
