Workforce Planning Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

đź“‹ Description

• Oversee impactful consulting projects for enterprise clients in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment of advanced workforce planning technology with strategic business objectives, job redesign targets, and skills gap solutions.

• Establish and standardize delivery frameworks for consulting work—which include process mapping, design workshops, change impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement—to enhance delivery consistency throughout the region.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams (composed of Project Managers, Data Consultants, Product Specialists, and Support staff) to guarantee timely, high-quality implementation and post-launch stabilization.

• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering teams during the sales process to suggest optimal delivery methods, define project scope, and set clear delivery expectations for prospective enterprise clients.

• Integrate insights from the field, customer use cases, and market trends in workforce transformation (including the effects of AI/automation) to inform internal product strategies and broaden Visier’s collective expertise.

• Act as the trusted advisor in customer interactions, fostering long-term stakeholder relationships and promoting product adoption within enterprise settings.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in implementing HR/Workforce solutions or leading Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) advisory projects within medium-to-large enterprises (2,000+ employees).

• A well-defined perspective on contemporary Strategic Workforce Planning practices, with a demonstrated ability to guide executive stakeholders through the trade-offs between technology features, custom configurations, and organizational process adjustments.

• Practical experience in spearheading workforce transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on the implications of AI, automation, and skills gap analyses on organizational design and talent reallocation.

• Extensive knowledge of core HR functions, talent management processes, and HR data analytics, with the capability to convey complex data models and assumptions to non-technical business leaders.

• Proven track record in leading executive workshops, creating customer-facing advisory materials, and managing intricate change management programs across various functional teams (HR, Finance, IT).

• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with the willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the EMEA region.
