This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.
• Design and spearhead workforce partnership strategies that align with Nava’s long-term talent and workforce objectives.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with universities, academic institutions, workforce development organizations, training partners, and other external talent ecosystems.
• Create innovative workforce strategies that enhance access to emerging, early-career, and nontraditional talent pipelines.
• Lead and expand strategic workforce programs, encompassing apprenticeship, early-career, and workforce development initiatives.
• Anticipate future workforce requirements and establish talent pathways that correspond with Nava’s long-term business strategy and evolving skill needs.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure workforce strategies are in sync with organizational priorities.
• Design and execute strategic talent initiatives that enhance workforce readiness, talent accessibility, and long-term workforce sustainability.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of workforce programs and partnerships, from strategy and design to execution, measurement, and ongoing enhancement.
• Drive cross-functional execution of workforce and partnership initiatives, guaranteeing robust collaboration, adoption, and measurable results.
• Develop and sustain external partnership frameworks, engagement strategies, and success models to ensure long-term workforce impact.
• Establish success metrics, monitor program and partnership performance, and leverage data and insights for continuous improvement of outcomes.
• Create reporting and program health metrics to evaluate partnership value, pipeline efficiency, and long-term workforce impact.
• Ensure workforce strategies and partnerships are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with Nava’s values and growth strategy.
• 7+ years of experience in Workforce Strategy, Talent Strategy, Workforce Development, Talent Acquisition, HR, or related domains.
• 4+ years of experience managing strategic programs, partnerships, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in workforce strategy, talent strategy, talent acquisition, workforce development, HR, or similar functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience and training.
• Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with universities, workforce organizations, training institutions, or external talent partners.
• Capability in designing and expanding workforce programs, talent pathways, or strategic talent initiatives in dynamic or fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficient in developing systems, frameworks, or partnership models that enhance workforce or talent outcomes.
• Experience utilizing data and insights to guide workforce strategy and evaluate program impact.
• Strong skills in workforce strategy and partnership development.
• Excellent program management and execution capabilities.
• Proficient in process design, systems thinking, and operational planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills.
• Experience with program reporting, partnership metrics, and performance assessment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
