Therapeutic Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the formulation of delivery strategies for clinical trials at CTI.

• Facilitate integrated, multi-service line solutions for customers.

• Act as a champion for keeping updated on trends and advancements in treatments within designated therapeutic areas.

• Leverage therapeutic expertise to foster business development and generate growth.

• Work collaboratively with all CTI business units to provide effective, end-to-end therapeutically aligned customer solutions.

• Participate in the complete RFP response process.

• Share therapeutic insights during competitive bids and proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent in a clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution.

• At least five (5) years of clinical research experience in project management; with a minimum of three (3) years in a CRO operations setting; 5 years of experience as a Therapeutic Strategy Lead or in a similar role.

• Proven experience in designing and managing clinical trials in areas of therapeutic expertise.

• Experience in big data analytics related to study/program design and enrollment modeling, including site and country distribution/scenarios.
