This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to implement key strategic initiatives.
• Spearhead strategic efforts to introduce new insurance products and data tools.
• Create executive-level presentations that advance the narrative of Ledgebrook.
• Partner with functional leaders throughout the organization to shape the future of Ledgebrook’s data and technology capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities that span across multiple functions.
• Serve as the primary project manager on critical initiatives, including data migrations and enhancements, large-scale technology deployments, and change management.
• Work closely with leadership to develop presentations and materials that communicate Ledgebrook’s strategic vision and business outcomes to the Board of Directors, investors, and business partners.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and construct business cases to influence the next phase of the journey.
• Provide ad hoc assistance for significant company events such as partner summits and offsites.
• Over 5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the capability to advance projects on schedule even amid uncertainty.
• Knowledgeable about insurance data, reporting standards, and key performance indicators.
• Proficient in preparing executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• A collaborative team player who can effectively influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, adept at utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to formulate business cases.
• Previous experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
