Strategy Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of strategists while collaborating with specialists throughout the APAC region.

• Conduct research, compose briefs, guide projects, and present to clients.

• Transform insights into engaging creative briefs.

• Collaborate with teams to oversee projects from research to execution.

• Articulate work with enthusiasm and conviction.

• Manage a diverse range of exciting accounts within the strategy team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience developing integrated programs at a leading agency for Fortune 500 clients.

• Proficient in traditional, web, social, syndicated, and primary research methods (including NetBase, MRI, Sysomos, Brandwatch, eMarketer, Mintel, Google Analytics, Omniture; conducting IDIs, digital ethnographies, etc.).

• Exceptional presentation skills and a strong presence in meetings.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding ("Explain it to a fifth grader").

• Inquisitive and enjoyable to work with.

• Capable of independently delivering on all tasks while achieving results efficiently with energy and enthusiasm.

• Facilitate collaboration sessions with other teams.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of priority and urgency, recognizing the critical differences between the two.

• Oversee the ongoing performance of various tasks or projects, along with a thorough understanding and ownership of internal processes for quality assurance.

• Aim for zero mistakes or flagged internal process issues in work output.

• Encourage positive internal communication and collaboration across all teams.

• Provide clear, professional, timely, and supportive information to both internal teams and external clients and partners.

• Maintain logical thinking under pressure and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
