Workforce Operations Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively within the Workforce Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure alignment of workforce control principles, governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards across different countries.

• Continue to enhance the workforce control and operating model.

• Create, standardize, and unify operational KPI frameworks.

• Take ownership of management reporting for Immigration Europe, including performance analysis, trend identification, risk assessment, and recommended actions.

• Evaluate workforce-related data (such as utilization, productivity, absences, and staffing levels) to assist in forecasting and planning processes aimed at optimizing efficiency and controlling costs.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data while supporting compliance with legal and internal standards in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders.

• Oversee the landscape of workforce operations systems, translating operational needs into system and process enhancements, coordinating optimizations, and providing guidance to managers, HR, and planners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Ideally, possession of a recognized certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP or CCBA).

• Several years of relevant professional experience (approximately 6–7 years) in a similar role, preferably within a larger organization.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially with complex functions and macros.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
