This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for Artificial Intelligence, intelligent automation, and digital technologies to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, define future solutions, and formulate automation strategies.
• Design solution architectures for AI agents, workflow automations, and intelligent business solutions utilizing enterprise technologies, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents, prompt-driven solutions, scripts, and workflow automations for the Indirect Procurement Technology portfolio.
• Implement prompt engineering practices to enhance LLM performance, agent behavior, and business outcomes.
• Assess use cases and select suitable approaches using AI, RPA, APIs, scripting, workflow automation, or traditional system enhancements.
• Contribute to the AI strategy and technology roadmap by researching emerging capabilities and evaluating vendor solutions.
• Create business cases and success metrics for automation initiatives.
• Work in collaboration with process owners, application administrators, developers, and integration teams on comprehensive automation solutions.
• Generate technical documentation, solution designs, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Facilitate user adoption through demonstrations, training, change management, and ongoing operational support.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies, automation capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Adhere to and enforce company security policy procedures.
• Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in identifying, designing, or implementing AI, automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong comprehension of business process analysis, process improvement methodologies, and solution architecture principles.
• Experience in developing AI agents, intelligent workflows, scripts, macros, API integrations, or RPA solutions, or demonstrated aptitude and strong interest in cultivating these capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
• Experience with enterprise applications, automation platforms, scripting languages, SQL, or integration technologies is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and identify suitable technical solutions while balancing complexity, scalability, maintainability, and business value.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in effective communication with technical and business stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Capability to create technical documentation, procedural manuals, and end-user training materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity, a continuous learning mindset, and a passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation.
• Preferred experience with Coupa, SAP, ServiceNow, WalkMe, and BluePrism.
