Business Analyst – Treasury & Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assess current treasury processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement and automation.

• Collect, document, and prioritize both business and operational needs.

• Chart existing workflows and devise more efficient future-state processes.

• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to execute process enhancements.

• Create documentation, including process descriptions and business requirements.

• Evaluate operational data to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends.

• Assist in automation efforts by converting business needs into actionable specifications.

• Engage in testing new functionalities and validating deployed solutions.

• Oversee the effectiveness of changes made and propose further optimizations.

• Aid the Treasury Lead with process-related projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or in a comparable analytical position.

• A strong analytical mindset with the capability to deconstruct complex operational processes.

• Proficient in working with large datasets and deriving meaningful insights.

• Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and process descriptions clearly.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in conducting interviews, workshops, or discovery sessions with business teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.

• Capability to work independently and lead initiatives from analysis to execution.

• Proficient in English.

• Fluent in Russian.
