Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, research, test, and implement enhancements to business processes, procedures, and systems.

• Assess changes in business processes to recognize and document their impacts and advantages.

• Serve as a subject matter expert by providing business requirements for process improvements and system upgrades.

• Conduct interviews and research to identify and document stakeholders, business needs, and requirements.

• Create and evaluate workflow diagrams.

• Review technical design deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Provide training by identifying needs, creating materials, communicating changes, and developing manuals.

• Offer post-implementation support, including problem resolution, adjustments to procedures, and change management.

• Develop presentations of materials, models, findings, plans, and conclusions.

• Continuously identify strategies for process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research, analytics, problem identification, and recommending solutions.

• Proficient in financial and risk analysis, including recommendations and business cases such as cost-benefit analysis.

• 2+ years of experience applying project planning techniques and methodologies.

• 2+ years of experience in business process analytics using Excel, flowcharting, activity diagrams, and workflow models.

• Understanding of relevant IT systems and their impact.

• Strong multitasking abilities and experience working in a team environment.

• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals or groups.

• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

• For remote roles, strong engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.
