Workforce Now Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of ADP Workforce Now, which includes system setup, module configuration, and workflow design.

• Configure ADP to support both U.S. payroll employees and international non-paid employee records, ensuring data integrity across both groups.

• Establish ADP Workforce Now as the definitive system of record for all employee data across the organization.

• Set up the Time & Attendance module to facilitate time-off request workflows.

• Design and implement a dependable and accurate data feed between ADP Workforce Now and Sage Intacct.

• Collaborate with the finance team to align employee and payroll data fields between the two platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive testing of the integration, validate data accuracy, and address discrepancies before the go-live phase.

• Document integration specifications, data mapping, and ongoing maintenance protocols.

• Develop and oversee an implementation project plan that includes clearly defined milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

• Act as the main point of contact for ADP and coordinate with internal HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

• Lead training sessions for HR and administrative staff on the functionality of the ADP platform.

• Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that may affect project delivery.

• Proven experience in implementing ADP Workforce Now.

• Specific expertise in multi-population and multi-jurisdictional configurations.

• Demonstrated experience integrating ADP Workforce Now with Sage Intacct.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, HRIS data architecture, and HR compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with nonprofit organizational structures and related reporting needs.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to data validation and quality assurance.

• Strong communication and project management capabilities.

• Ability to articulate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
