Implementation Consultant – Grants and Scholarships Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Lead the effective deployment of Foundant software solutions.

• Guide, train, and consult with clients to ensure alignment with their goals.

• Create and uphold a positive experience for clients.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Foundant software offerings.

• Offer insights on practices within the nonprofit sector.

• Collaborate with team members and disseminate best practices.

• Educate clients on the use of Foundant software products.

• Assist clients in customizing software for optimal workflows.

• Maintain open communication with clients for effective problem-solving.

• Advise on best practices for grant and scholarship processes.

• Engage with the philanthropic and SaaS industries to remain informed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of nonprofit relationships.

• Comprehensive knowledge of strategies and best practices within the philanthropic sector.

• Direct experience with community foundations and/or education is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in philanthropy or customer service within a SaaS environment.

• Capability to recognize and adapt training to suit client learning preferences.

• Strong technical skills with software applications.

• Exceptional approach focused on client satisfaction.

• High attention to detail.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).

• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
