This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Rapidly grasp the needs and challenges of customers to design and implement solutions utilizing open source and Diagrid technologies.

• Collaborate with potential clients interested in integrating open-source Dapr into their solutions.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for customers to Diagrid Cloud.

• Develop and present customer demonstrations.

• Create Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions across various programming languages.

• Offer architectural guidance across a wide array of technologies within the Cloud Native sector.

• Leverage expert knowledge in cloud engineering and system design to assist customers with their critical distributed system issues.

• Communicate customer pain points to the leadership team and help identify potential opportunities.

• Minimum of 3 years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or comparable technical customer-facing position.

• Outstanding customer engagement and communication abilities.

• Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise applications and solutions.

• Strong understanding of computer science principles, particularly in distributed systems.

• Proficient programming experience in at least one of Java, .NET, or Go.

• Good working knowledge of Node and Python.

• Familiarity with open source software.

• Experience with Git-based version control systems.

• Capability to swiftly adjust priorities and adapt to evolving circumstances.

• Bonus: familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container-based systems.

• Bonus: experience with a public cloud provider.

• Bonus: knowledge of developer frameworks such as .ASP.NET Core, Express, Django, Spring Boot.
