This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical configuration and, when necessary, programming as needed.
• Conduct process, data, and object modeling across various application and database environments.
• Execute database design, development, and enhancements, while managing and coordinating changes to existing applications.
• Provide leadership in technical architecture, including analysis, design, development, and enhancement.
• Maintain a senior-level expertise and up-to-date knowledge of industry-leading contact center technologies.
• Function in a project manager role by overseeing the end-to-end system life cycle development of projects, ranging from small to large scale.
• Conduct business analysis, assess business areas, analyze user needs, and design business systems for significant projects.
• Represent a professional demeanor in behavior, attitude, and appearance.
• Support the formulation of client information management standards and assess technology trends.
• Supervise any junior-level client staff or subcontracted personnel assigned to your project team throughout the project life cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical (e.g., Computer Science/Information Systems/Electrical Engineering) or business (e.g., Marketing/Management Information Systems) field, or equivalent work experience is essential.
• An MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience beyond the educational requirements stated above.
• Experience varies based on the specialization of Professional Service Engineers.
• Implementation: extensive skills in both technology and analysis; adept at communicating at both technical and functional levels while fostering business relationships.
• Business Optimization: strong expertise in business analysis and call centers; knowledgeable about KPIs and best practices related to call center operations.
• Education & Enablement: professional and confident public speaker; experienced in engaging large audiences as a trainer and/or presenter.
• Engineering Services: profound knowledge in specialized technical and functional areas; deep technical competence in software engineering, programming languages, integration, and/or databases.
• Desired personal characteristics: analytical, curious, service-oriented, team player, and approachable demeanor, with a penchant for early adoption of innovations.
