Customer Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Conduct customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Undergo training to service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within a designated area.

• Execute maintenance repairs and system overhauls.

• Participate in warehouse activities to disassemble old machines and test components.

• Repair all outdated modules using PPK parts.

• Assemble and test the machines prior to dispatch.
