This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the primary program manager for Career Pathways and Skills grant initiatives on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with grantee partners.
• Assist in identifying potential grant opportunities.
• Execute streamlined, trust-based procedures that alleviate the burden on grantees.
• Keep a comprehensive understanding of trends in the American workforce.
• Collaborate with fellow grantmaking colleagues to ensure timely execution of grants management activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, business, international relations, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6-7+ years of pertinent work experience in grantmaking, including oversight of post-award activities at a funder or comparable organization.
• Experience and/or a strong interest in issues influencing the economic mobility of immigrants and refugees in the United States.
• Outstanding project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Proficient with technology tools, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
