Loan Partner II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact and intermediary between clients, the Branch Manager, Sales Manager, and/or designated Loan Originators.

• Responsible for processing applications via phone and scheduling appointments.

• Organize weekly pipeline meetings with each Loan Originator to ensure accurate file tracking.

• Monitor all requested documents within Encompass.

• Examine documentation received within 24 hours for any discrepancies.

• Reach out to customers within 24 hours of obtaining the loan file to provide status updates.

• Address customer inquiries and those from related parties regarding a transaction as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or a general education degree (GED) is mandatory.

• A minimum of five years of experience in processing conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loans is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of VA and FHA products is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office is necessary.

• Previous experience with the Encompass LOS system or other mortgage processing software is required.

• Experience with DU, LP, and other automated engine submissions is preferred.

• Ability to manage a pipeline of 15 files or more, or support two or more Loan Originators is a must.
