Senior Partner Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold standards, policies, and best practices for partner data governance.

• Oversee the lifecycle of partner data, which includes managing role-based partner contacts, hierarchy, certifications, and program participation.

• Track and enhance the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of partner data.

• Conduct analysis on partner engagement, program participation, certifications, incentives, and operational performance metrics.

• Collaborate with Internal IT and Business Systems teams (GTO) to support systems and integrations related to partners.

• Assist with system enhancements, testing, release management, and data migration tasks.

• Identify areas for automating manual processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Deliver data insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership.

• Contribute to defining key commercial customer adoption metrics, including product insights and renewal insights, to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Produce data sheets for competitive market analysis.

• Work closely with AI specialists to develop AI-enabled data capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 12 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Partner Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related areas.

• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and reporting principles.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis techniques.

• Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
