Health & Safety Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Business to effectively deliver the vision, mission, and comprehensive business plan for Health & Safety.

• Provide specialized advice to assist the business in implementing effective H&S risk controls.

• Utilize expert knowledge and understanding of risk profiles to assure internal stakeholders.

• Share specialized H&S knowledge with others through education, communication, and training initiatives.

• Work alongside Site Leads to create and execute H&S improvement plans.

• Promote organizational learning by employing the TopSet methodology for root cause analysis in incident investigations.

• Gather and analyze data to deliver detailed and accurate insights to operational colleagues, enabling them to take action to continuously mitigate the likelihood and severity of workplace harm.

• Stay informed about H&S legislation and maintain expert knowledge through proactive continuous professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A recognized NEBOSH qualification and professional status.

• Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role.

• A structured approach to applying functional expertise and advice to support the business.

• Ability to connect H&S solutions to tangible business benefits and outcomes.

• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence operational colleagues.
