Transition and Performance Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with State Managers, Area Directors, and Centre Directors to facilitate the effective transition of services into the Busy Bees operational framework.

• Perform structured readiness and assurance visits to evaluate operational performance, safeguarding measures, compliance, and the progress of transitions.

• Mentor and assist operational leaders to enhance practice consistency, ensure operational excellence, and promote sustainable improvements.

• Recognize, track, and escalate operational, workforce, and transition risks while aiding in the development of practical improvement plans.

• Generate comprehensive reports and insights that provide clarity on safeguarding outcomes, operational readiness, compliance, and transition advancements.

• Proven experience in operational leadership, quality assurance, compliance, safeguarding, or performance enhancement.

• Solid grasp of operational governance, risk management, and continuous improvement processes.

• Experience in coaching leaders and influencing outcomes in the absence of direct authority.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across ACT and NSW during the duration of the contract.
